Aermacchi 1971 TV350 OHV
Despite there was for many years a 350cc Aermacchi Racing bike on the race track, it took till 1969 before two 350cc Street models were presented.
These were the models GTS Grand Turismo Sprint and the here presented sportier version, the TV 350 with 29 HP, bore and stroke 74 x 80 mm, 5 speed gear box and a top speed of 168 km/h. This TV 350 was presented in 1971.
This sporty designed TV 350 is equipped with larger carburetor, 30 mm instead of 27 mm, aluminium alloy rims, clip-ons, new dashboard and dual exhaust system.
Total production in 1971, 503 units.
On the first October 1972 Aermacchi was taken over by AMF Harley-Davidson and only Harley-Davidsons were built in Varese after that date.
This sporty 1971 Aermacchi 350TV is in a nice condition and runs well.
