Bayliss Thomas 1927 350 cc 1 cyl ohv1927 Bayliss Thomas 350cc OHV
The Coventry-based firm of Bayliss Thomas actually were the makers of British Excelsior motorcycles, famous in the thirties for their first “Manxman” models.
The Excelsior brand name had been registered before by the German Excelsior factory –there was also an American Excelsior- so in Germany the brandname Bayliss Thomas was used.
The machine on offer is equipped with a 350cc JAP OHV engine, which is a real banger, also because of the very sporty exhaust.
Further features are drum brakes front and rear, hand operated 3 speed gear and 19” wired-on tyres.
This BT is fully restored and promises the prospective owner lots of sporty riding pleasure!
