A challenging restoration project, this 1919 Excelsior. But a rewarding one too, because once finished a beautiful combination can emerge. The photos give an idea of what’s there; missing are most of the sheet metal work apart from the rear mudguard, the oil tank, front suspension parts, muffler and various bits and pieces. There’s damage to the right hand side crankcase but most of the engine internals are there. To get a good idea of the available parts and their condition we would advise interested enthousiasts to make an appointment to visit us and inspect this basis for a fine Excelsior.
