This lot contains several parts of the Royal Enfield two speed gear mechanism such a primary chain cover, bracket, counter shaft, chainwheels, hardened steel bands and drums. This gear mechanism was a Royal Enfield invention used on Royal Enfield motorcycles equipped with JAP V-twin engines, in the Teen’s and Twenties.
